SalesForce System Manager, up to £60k pa + benefits, Cheshire
A long standing and key client of Harvey Nash’s based in Cheshire is currently looking for a Sales Force System Manager to join their ambitious team on a permanent base. The team is going through an exciting transformation presently which takes the company on a thrilling journey.
The purpose of the role is to be the primary contact for SalesForce System (Marketing and Service Cloud).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and Maintain – Day to day management, maintenance and configuration of the SalesForce platform, ensuring Service levels are exceeded
• Governance – Ensure regular system audits are performed, prepare for upgrades, manage integrations
• Enhance and Improve – Working closely with the Product Owner, Project Delivery teams and Business Owners to ensure the system is delivering operational excellence and meets our evolving business needs
• Service relationships – Build relationships with key suppliers in the Salesforce ecosystem and the wider Group IT function / Data and Marketing and Customer Service function.
Essential experience:
• 4 - 5 years of previous salesforce experience with similar responsibilities
• Experience of Sales Force implementation and Salesforces developer toolkit
• Experience of working within a system service environment
• Process Design
• Good project management skills
• Understanding of best practices in relation to Salesforce implementations, including design patterns, release management, deployment and testing.
