SALESFORCE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR/DEVELOPER

OVERVIEW:

As part of our client's IT strategy and to facilitate business growth, an Administrator/Developer is required to administer a Salesforce system and perform system updates and enhancements.

This role is primarily focused on Salesforce administration - managing the platform, undertaking updates and provisioning ad-hoc reports for sales and business development staff.

Additionally, Salesforce will be the focus within an operational workflow system and deployment of marketing plug-in. This role will assist in scoping requirements and determining approach in this key system development and providing technical insight to the Salesforce platform.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Day to day management of the Salesforce platform
• Response and correction to identified Salesforce system incidents
• Identifying system faults/problems and planning for their eradication to enhance system stability
• Collect requirements from users for enhancements and design small scale solutions to everyday business issues
• Ability to generate on demand and schedule reports for management reviews
• Provide training for new users of the Salesforce platform

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce App Builder
• ITIL v3 Foundation
• Excellent written and grammatical skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative
• Strong Experience in an administration capacity with Salesforce.com (minimum 3 years, with relevant certification)
• Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud certifications
• Salesforce development experience
• Apex (triggers, batch, web services) and Visualforce development skills
• Experience of JavaScript/Lightning components
• Good understanding of Apex sharing and security models
• Experience of requirements gathering, solution design
• Experience of prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
• Experience in working with wider team members such as IT operations/project management
• Experience of integration and data migration.

Desirable

• Salesforce Developer
• Lightning Components/JavaScript application development
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and GCP
