Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: Long Term

Job Role:
Work and collaborate with Technical Architects
Provide right design solutions leveraging OOB capabilities and minimal customizations
Oversee configurations, custom code development (VisualForce and Apex) and deployments to meet business needs
Conduct design reviews, code reviews and technical documentation reviews
Contribute to other technical items such as communities and external and internal integrations
Co-ordination and support for Proof of Concepts, Technical Contributions and Team Co-ordination
Develop SFDC Admin work practices and user guides to maintain and support applications

Experience Required
Salesforce Certification (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer)
6+ years of hands on software development experience using Salesforce
3+ years of technical lead and team leadership experience
Experience in Life Science, Pharma industry with deep regulatory knowledge
Health cloud, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Apex
Experience in Partner Communities and Portals
Knowledge of programming techniques such as HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX and Javascript
Additional exposure to Flosum (CI/CD), Ownbackup (Backup and Data Recovery)
