Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Location: EST

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

o   Involve in design of business requirements & work with the Client Salesforce SME/ Platform Manager to ensure the technical specifications comply with Client standards.

o   Partner in new initiatives & work closely with Client SME(s).

o   Enable/ present POC(s)/ POV(s) under the guidance of Client Salesforce SME.

o   SFDC configuration and customization (leveraging apex triggers, apex classes & lightning components), including development of interfaces with SFDC based on customer designs, as applicable.

o   Handle unexpected changes in strategy and project plans by working closely with stakeholders on resourcing, project needs and any escalations.

o   Manage expectations and align goals & objectives with various parties involved in Salesforce implementation.

o   Participate in daily scrum meetings and any workshop for requirements gathering and analysis.

o   Plan & strategize on Salesforce’s Spring, Summer & Winter upgrades.

o   Work with offshore Dev leads for overall health/ status of the on-going deliverables.

o   Voice over best practices, as & when applicable.

o   Provide status reports based on agreed frequency (bi-weekly/ monthly).

o   Coordinate with Release Manager on code repository, version control and build/ release to support continuous integration and continuous delivery of applications.
