Title: SFDC Tech Lead

Location: Agawam, MA

Type of employment: FTE only.

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve analyzing requirements, design efficient solutions, and configuring /customizing salesforce applications based on new requirements, creating custom workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze the requirement and come up with an efficient solution.

Able to perform salesforce admin activities like doing configuration setting up email templates, creating workflows, approval process, and process builders.

Able to work on support tickets and resolve the tickets within SLA based on priority.

S/He should able to work on Agile methodology for enhancements activities.

S/He should able to build reports and dashboards based on requirements from the client.

Write apex class and triggers to build business logic based on requirements.

S/He should able to write the VF page or LWC to build custom pages.

S/He should able to write a test class for code coverage and work on deployment activities.

Work on Data import and export using data loader or workbench.

Work on community builders to make the configuration changes in salesforce communities.

S/He should be able to analyze and debug any application errors.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major.

Should have strong experience in salesforce development or support with hands-on experience in configuration and customization of Salesforce application.

Should have worked on Force.com platform, Apex Language, Lightning Component Framework, Visualforce Pages, Data Loader, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, Workflow & Approvals, Reports, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Windows, Workbench.
