A leading Fintech company is looking to recruit a Salesforce Technical Analyst to join their team. This company is fast growing with global ambitions.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the salesforce operation and working alongside the wider business to document necessary requirements. You will need strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and a ideally experience of working on projects in previous roles.

Duties

• Design and develop system enhancements for improved functionality
• Work alongside the sales, finance and wider teams to document current and future requirements
• Draw up project plans and maintain them throughout
• Recommend solutions where possible
• Offer technical support and maintenance for the salesforce platform
• Assist with system automation
• Research and creating project plans
• Carry out the relevant testing, training and creating the documentation to follow
  
  

Requirements

• Several years’ experience of working in a salesforce environment in a technical capacity
• Background in project management and/or business analysis
• Knowledge of automated market systems such as Hubspot (Desirable)
• Ecommerce technology solutions experience (Desirable)
