Principal Duties/Roles and responsibilities: 1.Own architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development) on the Salesforce.com platform.2.Participate in enterprise level Salesforce.com implementations with multiple integrations including web services, legacy applications, app exchange, etc.3.Drive the direction, development, and implementation of very large Salesforce.com solutions.4.Hands on design and develop software applications on the Salesforce.com platform.5.Optimize application performance and scalability.6.Ensure the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are monitored by working with the project teams.7.Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.8.Stay current with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations. Required Skills/Must Have: 1.3+ years of experience in application architecture on the Salesforce.com platform.2.5+ years application development experience on the Salesforce.com platform.3.At least 4 years’ experience with Integration technologies.4.Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security.5.Significant experience driving the direction, development, and implementation of large enterprise level Salesforce.com implementations.6.Proficiency in programming using Force.com APEX, Visual Force, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML5 and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com.7.Salesforce Platform Dev I certification is required. Other Salesforce certifications expected, and Architect certifications are preferred.Education:1.Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
