We are a global Salesforce focused consultancy that connects and work with organisations in order to improve their methodology when communicating with Salesforce consumers. We provide unrivalled customer experiences, conducted by our multi-cloud Salesforce experts who actively work to create or improve the design that is suitable for our connections.

We are actively seeking for individuals who can demonstrate examples of leadership and ownership of Salesforce projects that spiked the progress of their business and increased its value. The Salesforce Architect role would suit a professional who possesses sales operations/project management/salesforce development and advanced admin experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Operating under different departments & locations to enhance existing skills using Salesforce
• You will be Event Monitoring to identify and analyse Salesforce behaviour
• Working closely with Sales team to improve their existing skills and to help them devise new Salesforce processes. This requires capabilities of investigating new Salesforce technologies
• Abide by the practises emphasised by Salesforce in the perspective of data archival/cleansing and analysis
• Conduct Visualforce and Apex development alongside process builders

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Batch Coding Apex
• Salesforce Administrator certified (ADM01)
• Solutions/Technical Design and Build
• Translate business Requirements to Technical Documentation
• Be able to read and write Visualforce pages, Apex and Triggers
• Must be competent in Data analysis, Data cleansing, Microsoft Excel and be able to drive Salesforce user adoption
• Must possess experience in working with a sales team and comprehend the operation of Salesforce in a practical environment
• Has worked on areas such as, Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
• CPQ experience, JavaScript development and Einstein knowledge is ideal (not compulsory)
• Must be able to lead a team of developers and evaluate code and pages when necessaryt
• Be able to conduct workshops and training sessions
• Need to have business stakeholder management experience
• Be able to gather and define requirements for implementation
• Contribute to solution design and build
