THE COMPANY

Leading Telecoms company who have the largest Salesforce CRM system globally are looking for an expert in Salesforce to help grow and manage the data within this global function.

THE ROLE

In this role as a Salesforce Architect you will be:

• Review and authorizing technical designs to ensure the designs are compliant with Salesforce design Principles
• Assist other architects with caputring the AS - IS VS TO-BE target architecture for the Salesforce processes across their markets
• Assist/ Review desgins for customisation which are not Out of Box capability available within Salesforce
• Design/ Assist data flows between Salesforce and Oracle CPQ/ Customized Data flows.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Design/Assist data flows between salesforce and external applications
• Design and execute proofs of concepts for critical enterprise capabilities for all market implementations
• Liaise with Salesforce on resolving complex issues which are identified as valid product bugs
