Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Solution Architect - Ability to design solution and map requirements using OOB capability of the product and if needed customize the solution or use App Exchange products, to make solution fit for purpose with strong technical hands-on development using lightning/LWC components.

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

? Responsible to design solution and map requirements using OOB capability of the product and if needed customize the solution or use App Exchanged apps, to make solution fit for purpose

? Handle client communication, as s/he will be the only person from onsite engaging with customer

? Help and support development team with any technical queries and Salesforce best practices

? This project will start mid Nov, 2020 - so the candidate has to start working as soon as s/he join. He should be able to drive the workshop with Business stakeholders.

? Should be able to help team with deployment process, using DevOps tools.

? Drive the discussions with Architect board to get the design approvals

Yes, Person need to lead the development team with help from Squad Lead to meet the overall program objectives.

Lead the discussion Architects Board (Design Integrity Forum) to get the design approvals as per Architectural principals. Train the team as needed.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

? Strong experience in understanding and providing Solution for customer requirements

? Strong experience in building blueprint, design documentation and guide team to prepare technical specifications

?  Good written and verbal Communication skills

? Has strong technical hands on  - Lightning/LWC components, Batches, flow, process builder, setting up project security and Integrations using middleware  

? Should be able to drive the workshop with Business stakeholders.

? Experience in deployment process using DevOps tools - ANT, Jenkins, ADO pipeline etc...

?  Drive the discussions with Architect board to get the design approvals

? Experience implementing Sales and/or Service Cloud

Experience required:

? Should have min 8-10 years of Salesforce experience

? Should have min 5 years of solution designing experience

? Experienced in driving Blueprinting phase

? SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model 

? Technically skilled in configuration and customization

? Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc.,

? Hands on Deployment experience

? Salesforce certified solution /Application architect preferred 

? PD1 & PD2 Certification
