Our client is hiring rapidly across the UK team right now for Senior Consultants, Project Leads and Technical Architects due to a bouyant project pipeline and planned growth for 2021. As a Technical Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders and customers for the planning and implementation of Salesforce products and platforms. You will create a roadmap, analyse business cases and devise technology solutions that meet the needs and offer a solution to your client. You will lead the evaluation of technical and business requirements throughout the project, to define the approach and ensure the team is aligned.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for a Technical Architect with:

• Deep experience of the Salesforce product suite, you will have worked with various Salesforce products and clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Community, Commerce, CPQ)
• Extensive consulting experience with tier 1 or 2 consultancies. You have technical consulting and solution implementation experience for Salesforce projects. Ideally, you have worked with a broad range of clients across sectors for large, complex implementations.
• You can analyze, design and optimize business processes to guide customers and clients for use cases.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Working with Agile methodologies and scaling these ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Building relationships with business partners internally and externally.
