Salesforce Technical Architect

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (Lightning components, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules).
• End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform
• Strong technical knowledge in delivering a particular solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
• At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead)
• Certified Salesforce Architect and have received applicable certifications such as Salesforce (Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Architect)
• Technical Lead / Application Architect on at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
• Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
• Design and manage Salesforce enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen.
• Work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization. Function as a role model in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients supported with POC
• Integration experience using both Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, using APIs and IPaaS tools like MuleSoft, etc.
• Knowledgeable on options on how to handle security requirements such as single sign-on and data security
• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as Jenkins, Gearset, SVN
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution.
