POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : The Technical Architect possess a broad knowledge across multiple development platforms and draws on their skills and experience to assess customer requirements and architecture in order to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.. . Responsibilities:. - Provide support during pre-sales and sales. Participate in the creation or review of technical solution approaches and estimates as requested.. - Provide expertise on integration patterns, design best practices, platforms, and tools.. - Participate in business requirements and functional design sessions to understand the overall solution needs and architect an appropriate solution. ?. - Facilitate technical workshops with client and other involved architects to understand the existing system landscape and collaborate on the architecture and technical design of the new or enhanced solution.. - Provide recommendations and options for technical design of APIs, middleware, connectivity, security, platforms, and error handling. ?. - Write Architecture and Technical Design documents. - Effectively communicate and transition the architecture to the Development Lead and provide oversight as needed. . - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. ?. - Collaborate with the project management team to communicate technical issues and drive timely resolutions?. - Manage scope by ensuring architecture and design are within the scope of the SOW and communicate any variations to project leaders for input to the change control process. . .

Qualifications:. -

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- 8+ years of overall consulting experience.

- 5-7 years of Salesforce specific project experience in a technical leadership role.

- Salesforce Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or a Domain Architect Certification is preferable.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience:. - 5-7 years' experience with Salesforce development platform and best practices. - 5-7 years' experience with multiple Salesforce Integration Patterns: SOAP/REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, middleware etc.. - 5-7 years' experience with Salesforce Data Model and how to extend it. - 5-7 years' experience with of the Salesforce Data Security/Sharing Model. - 5-7 years' experience with the different Salesforce APIs and their specific usages. - 5-7 years' experience with enterprise & Salesforce specific integration design patterns. - 5-7 years experience in security related architects/developments with third party.
