Roles and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using technologies such as SFDC, Heroku and J2EE. The candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development). The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Sales Oriented Architecture and integration background.

· At least 2-4 years’ experience in Architecture role - SFDC or other CRM architecture experience a plus

· Excellent understanding of Salesforce MVC Architecture and its components such as Model, View and Controller.

· Strong experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other internal/external applications using SOAP and REST based web services.

· Capable in developing client specific solutions using visual force pages with Lightning components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers & Controller Extensions, Apex Components and Test Methods.

· Experience in designing Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Customizing Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts, Pick Lists, Record Types, Process builder, Custom Tabs, Custom Buttons, Reports, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.

· Excellent understanding of Salesforce CRM governor limits with an ability to optimize code to respect those limits.

· Excellent understanding with writing SOQL for specified applications.

· Experience in Batch Apex and Schedule Apex Development.

· Experience in Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC) for creating apps.

· Experienced in Deployment using Force.com IDE, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool.

· Experience configuring and maintaining user Security Permissions in compliance with organizational needs.

· Experience with Marketo and integration to salesforce.

· Experience with web technologies including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript or JavaScript libraries

· Strong client representation and communication skills should be good.

· Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end migration implementation experience from Legacy System to Salesforce.

· Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.

· Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security

· At least 4 years’ experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods

· Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications
