Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Livingston, NJ
Contract – 12 Months
Experience : 10 to 15 Years

Primary Skill:
10+ years of experience in the Industry, Candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business & systems analysis in the financial services industry, preferably with leasing experience
Large project Migration exposure in salesforce (Legacy modernization)
Migration using salesforce would be added advantage, salesforce CRM Platform is must.
Excellent communications and Sharp analytical thinking, coordinating with various teams and deliverying.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the Industry, Candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business & systems analysis in the financial services industry, preferably with leasing experience.
Have the ability to concisely and efficiently consolidate business user needs into requirements documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
Agile experience is required
Hands on experience or knowledge of Azure DevOps or JIRA and Confluence
Hands on experience or knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Visio
Hands on experience in Salesforce CRM Platform
Have the technical expertise to structure recommendations for configuration of the receivable system: design and execute test plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. These skills will be leveraged both in terms of understanding and interpreting business needs, as well as resolving these needs into clearly defined problem statements and solutions.
A demonstrated aptitude for problem solving, for solution creation and generation of valued added contributions to the business are a must have in this role.
Sufficient technical knowledge in the IT field to enable them to successfully communicate requirements and solutions in a structured manner to development professionals.
Key Responsibilities –
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the user business operating environment, and provide consultation with users on automated solutions for business needs
- Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications
- Prepare technical reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals
- Responsible for working with the business in gathering business requirements to document new software enhancements to existing applications
- Help with pre and post release validations to ensure deployments are smooth and successful
- Supports project in analyzing the business domain, stocking the product backlog, and grooming the product backlog
