Harmonic is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the IT Applications team and coordinate with Business Owners. The role involves analyzing business requirements, create functional and technical specifications for any new change to business processes to comply with technology applications and participate actively in the requirement gathering, design, deployment and support. Roles and Responsibilities As a Salesforce/CRM Technical business analyst within the IT-Applications Team, you will analyze business requirements and recommend solution in the CRM applications (SFDC/Apttus). You will have the ability to support Apex , Visualforce pages and Lightning components. This role will also identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications, configure system settings and options, plan and execute the acceptance testing to meet business requirements, and you will be active in post deployment and user support. Qualifications Requirements Experience in Salesforce, Apttus or similar CPQ Products to develop and implement business solutions in strong connections with Business Owners. Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment, using agile methodologies Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 4-7 years relevant experience OR a Master in Computer Science with 3-5 years of relevant experience. 3-5 years of proven experience developing Salesforce CRM/Apttus related projects Experience with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions Experience in customization, configuration, Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce pages with JavaScript and tools like Apex Data loader, Workbench, MavensMate and SoapUI In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com and third party applications. Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning. Force.com Certified Developer Certification desired Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
