Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. Responsibilities:
  • Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery
  • Responsible for meeting project deadlines and producing deliverables
  • Responsible to manage a delivery work stream for a large-scale Modeling projects, involving multiple organizations and lines of business
  • Managing the development and testing teams participating in the work stream on a day to day basis to ensure quality and timely delivery of the product
  • Tracking of delivery milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for the work stream
  • Lead teams through requirement gathering, design, testing, and production implementation activities
  • Responsible for removing roadblocks and leading issue resolution to keep project on track for delivery
  • Responsible for reporting work stream delivery status, open risks/issues, and overall health to senior management
  • Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility
  • Adjusts work assignments and plans based on shifting resources and priorities
  • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs
  • Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop high level designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure
  • Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies
  • Quality assurance data testing
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of applicable experience
  • Must have previous Salesforce Technical Delivery experience.
  • Candidate needs the ability to work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions
  • Candidate must have Business and Technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements, writing High Level Design documents, Metadata, and Test Plans for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors
  • Project life cycle and development knowledge in Agile
  • Effective written and oral skills
  • Experience in quality assurance data testing
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strategic Thinker
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any Salesforce certification is a plus
  • Other certifications in project methodology are also an advantage
  • An advanced degree is preferred
