Please review the below Job Description and let me know if you are interested Role Salesforce Technical Lead Location REMOTE NY City, NY Duration 12+ Months Client ROC Capital The BA role is responsible for the management and development of salesforce. Heshe would review and analyse business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity. Heshe would oversee the Salesforce team, will be adaptable and embrace change, should have a competent technical understanding to support and guide the team. An important part of hisher responsibility will be training Salesforce solutions to users across the business. Responsibilities The candidate should have Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes Provide expert advice on application solutions Produce functional, technical and system design documentation Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs Utilise and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements Technical Expertise Hands-on experience in Apex development, Should have experience in integrating salesforce Apps with third party applications Hand-on experience in Lightning Data source Developing Custom components using Lightning Component Framework (Both Aura and Lightning Web components) Visual Force Page Development Should have written code in Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
