The role is part of the Engineering Team that supports Salesforce implementation in a DevOps, CICD environment. They are looking for a couple of solid technical leaders with great communication skills and hands on technical skills. 1) SALESFORCE Must be Salesforce certified and have hands-on expertise with technical components - ApexVFLightning. Must have a good functional Salesforce background too. 2) Technical skills SSO,EMail2case,Web2case, VPN, IDAM, Setting up environment, Configuration, using triggers inside Salesforce, etc3) DevOps and CICD Experience automating core Salesforce pipeline, Selenium, Sonarcube, Jenkins, Github, Bitbucket or similar tools.4) Integration Mulesoft would be good to have. Even if they don't, that is okay as long as they have experience building anypoint integrations in microservices and orchestrated API environments. 5) Release Management and Monitoring skills They move code left and right into various instances and release management skills will be good to have. Monitoring skills are required for the future. 6) They want a heavy hitter who can work across various teams (technical and business), able to lead, document, review and approve salesforce solutions, put together production runbooks, etc.
