Salesforce Technical Lead - London - £85,000

A platinum partner are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to come into the business to join a growing team. If you are a senior developer who is looking for the next step in your career then this is the job for you. You will be working with some of the biggest clients on the market and this will be great to add to your portfolio. They are the largest consultancy in Ireland at the moment and have branched out into the UK market and the sky is the limit.

Role & Responsibilities

• Project plan preparation and ownership throughout the project delivery
• Overall accountability for project delivery, within budget, scope, quality and time
• Allocation of project tasks to the project team
• Risk & Issue identification and management throughout the project
• Lead and participate in project teams to implement project deliverable
• Create documentation for projects including Project Plan, Gantt Chart, Status Reports, Risk Logs etc
• Monitoring and assisting delivery of development tasks
• Close collaboration with the delivery team to guide and advise on design and technical implementation of the solution in line with the client requirements
• Ensure technical quality and good design principles are followed
• Report regularly to the management team in project progress
• Management of change throughout the project delivery
• Manage the handover of the project with customers and/or support
• Assist with operational improvement tasks within the delivery team and PMO

Skills for the role

• Minimum of 3 year's experience managing IT Projects
• Significant business experience using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environments.
• Demonstrated technical understanding and knowledge appropriate to the role
• Knowledge and experience of working with Salesforce.com
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Formal Project Management training / recognised qualification would be beneficial
