You will manage Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development, focussing on custom development. You will manage the team of Salesforce administrators and Developers and play a key role in solution design and development of the Salesforce solution.You will provide technical guidance, mentoring and skill development for the team, and build, develop and manage the delivery team to ensure high levels of delivery and support. You will translate functional requirements in to technical requirements, design and build high performance, reusable and reliable code, and implement changes with minimal disruption. You will come from an excellent Salesforce technical background, while having project management skills.
