Job Title : Salesforce Technical Lead

Location:100% Remote

Duration :12+ Monnths

Responsibilities:
Operate as part of a team to translate business and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed applications.
Translate designs, business processes and wireframes into high quality code.
Optimize components for maximum performance and maintainability.
Create and optimize test classes to meet code coverage requirements.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, legal, infrastructure, and administrative/corporate processes and policies.
Recommend better, faster, or smarter Salesforce implementation approaches.
Think proactively, using prior experience to anticipate problems and propose solutions.
Provide unique insight in the analysis of customer business requirements that may cross multiple functional areas (ex. Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and/or multiple technical platforms (ex. Salesforce, Tableau, Legacy systems) and understand broader strategic trade-offs / implications.
Merge git feature branches to development and resolve merge conflicts.
Look for opportunities to automate repetitive development tasks.
Refactor existing code and look to create shared libraries.
 
Qualifications:
More than five years of hands-on Salesforce development. Must also think like / have experience as an Admin first favoring configuration over code.
Experienced with Apex class, batch Apex, test class and visual force page development
Experienced with REST and SOAP API integrations.
Experienced with data migration activities including data loading, extract and transformation.
Knowledge of CI/CD and release/build/configuration management best practices.
Knowledge of Apex and LWC best practices.
Knowledge of software best practices as it applies to Salesforce application development with hands-on architecture design for enterprise-scale implementations.
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle Management using Kanban, Scrum, or Scaled Agile is required.
Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree desirable.
Excellent business and technical communication skills, both written and verbal
