We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle. Responsibilities: Manage End to end delivery of Classic to Lightning Migration project. Provide technical guidance to the team. Coordinate with Offshore Team for all delivery related work. Project Planning and communication with customer including status reporting etc. Spend some time on actual development work as needed. Organize Show and Tell Sessions. Basic Qualifications: At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and involved into at least one Classic to Lightning migration Should be capable of proposing Salesforce Architecture, both Technical and Solution Should have good experience in building applications on the Salesforce.com platform Must be involved in 3-4 Salesforce implementations Candidate should have knowledge of Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce REST API and Data Loader Mandatory Certification namely Platform Developer I, Administrator Hands on Salesforce Configuration and Customization Skill Strong Salesforce product knowledge Strong interpersonal communication and client coordination Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree is a plus.
