Hallmark is looking for a certified Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Hallmark Salesforce team. The Hallmark Salesforce team is responsible for designing, developing and delivering innovative and iterative digital solutions that respond to the evolving business needs and drive business results.

This is a great opportunity within the Hallmark IT division to be on the front-line of enabling strategic business change at Hallmark.

The Salesforce Technical Lead will manage and grow a team of on-shore developers to deliver digital solutions that enable the Hallmark Global business. You will work as part of an Agile Scrum team to understand business needs and subsequently design and build digital solutions and capabilities within Salesforce.
  • As a leader of the development team, you will apply technical knowledge to solve complex problems, weigh the considerations of deploying using clicks/declarative versus code and ensure development guidelines are met to grow and maintain a stable Salesforce ecosystem.
  • This role will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Salesforce Product Owners, consultants, contractors and on-shore/off-shore resources to design solutions that accomplish desired business outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include system integrations, administration, analysis, design, and coding (apex and lightning).
  • This role will be required to partner closely with corporate information security, enterprise architecture, shared services and project managers in developing solutions to ensure they are compliant with policies and strategies in our dynamic environment.

  • JavaScript
  • Lightning Experience
  • VisualForce
  • SOQL
  • HTML/CSS
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Data Loader
  • Ability to creatively problem solve
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders (non-technical staff)
  • C#/.Net (Preferred, but not required)
  • SQL (Preferred, but not required)

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Development position developing / integrating applications.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of information technology experience.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications (via API’s)

  • High learning agility and problem solving. Smart risk-taking.
  • Track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment; successfully navigates change
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of employees and with on and off shore support
