Salesforce Technical Lead – Project Delivery – Project Delivery Specialist

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Act as primary technology contact for client.
- Take lead in resolving production incidents, discuss business requirements with client and develop solutions.
- Coordinate with team to develop, test and implement solutions on time.
- Manage programs that have touchpoints with the Salesforce ecosystem and act as owner of the application
- Conduct root cause analysis to come up with recommendations to team leads and clients as needed and execute bug fixes
- Continue maintain SOP and plans for business solution implementations, enhancements, and upgrades associated with applications in scope
- Document all changes and support in maintaining maintain project quality and risk plans and tracking progress against the plans
- Provide regular progress reports to the team leadership and clients as needed
- Meet milestones and related effort/time commitments for assigned deliverables
Qualifications
Required
- 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce and Application Development
- Products: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
- Prior Integration experience between Salesforce and other systems
- Sales and Marketing domain knowledge
- Release Management Skills
Preferred:
- Salesforce integration with Dell Boomi
- CLM Experience such as Apttus
