Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution
• Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations
• Interact with business users to understand and document business requirements
• Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance test planning
• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components
• Hands-on with Salesforce.com configuration
• Customer Facing with combination of Business & Functional skills
• Strong Customer Facing and able to understand Customers requirements and pain points; and capable to map functional requirements with SFDC
• Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure compatibility with existing development

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines – Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Experience with full project lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations
• Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML,Javascript, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong JavaScript skills with experience on at-least one of the front end JavaScript framework
• Experience using Salesforce.com Data Loader
• Ability to speak and write English fluently, and can produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
• Demonstrate sharp, analytical,problem solving, and decision making skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Must have Salesforce Certified Developer I and Preferred Salesforce Certified Administrator
