Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Leads with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the client by analyzing project requirements, assesses database changes, and creates data models and scripts for data migration.
• Works with Clients to deploy Salesforce products and applications through the Client Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using CMMI processes in Agile Methodology.
• Accountable for design and architecture
• Utilizes Informatica Cloud for data migration to Salesforce from SAP and Mainframe
• Develops system architecture for solutions involving Salesforce, and its integrations with backend applications using middleware tools like MuleSoft

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of total IT experience.
• At least 6 years of experience on Salesforce.com platform.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analysis of system requirements and implementation migration methods for existing data.
• Must have prior Salesforce technical expertise in product design and architecture, experience working with Salesforce products – ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, Community Cloud and Einstein Analytics (preferred).
• The candidate must have experience with integration of Salesforce with backend systems such as Oracle using MuleSoft middleware.
• Proven work experience as a Solution/Technical Architect
• At least 4-5 years of Salesforce Architecture Experience
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations (all phases) of a package implementation lifecycle using Informatica Cloud as data migration tool
• Demonstrate data integration and migration experience on Salesforce platform
• Experience in the technical leadership of large software implementation projects
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external Customers.
• Direct experience with Agile (Scrum) project methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required.
• Proven experience in very large Salesforce.com implementations with multiple integrations including web services, legacy applications, app exchange, etc.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent work streams
• Ability to be effective in an environment of rapid change and complexity
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to pro-actively communicate technical topics in a clear, succinct, and relevant way

Preferred Qualifications:

• An advanced degree is a plus.
• Platform Developer II or Technical Architect certifications a plus.
