Job Description We are looking for a self-motivated "Salesforce Techno-Functional Project Manager" 12+ years of IT experience and 10+ years in Salesforce.com strong functional and technical experiences in different project phases including business analysis, Enterprise level CRM implementations and management consulting, Client interaction, Deployment, and Development. Multiple project implementations on Sales cloud and CPQ. Experience in Marketo is preferred. Should possess good experience in the Salesforce Business process, Salesforce Org Merge, and Data Migration. The candidate should be able to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and a workflow analysis. Should be able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into Salesforce.com Service Cloud design and implementation. Work closely with offshore teams in aligning the deliverables with the program priorities. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications. Interface with staff developing strategy for new functionality from Salesforce.com app exchange applications, releases, and upgrades Able to perform reviews on deliverables to make sure they are meeting the project objectives and Salesforce guidelines.
