This position will be responsible for leading the design, development and support of applications that will run on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. Closely working with business areas, project teams, IT technical teams, and vendors to ensure high quality project delivery services and application support. In addition to core accountabilities, this position serves in one or more roles including IT Strategy, Idea Management and Application Development. In this position , the lead will be expected to enforce SFDC architecture, design standards, data integrity & security as well as resolve technical issues and user incidents. This position will play a key role in design and delivery of our contact center infrastructure built around Service Cloud. A Day in the Life: Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, peer code review, deployment and support for our CRM/Contact Center capability. Define, document, negotiate, communicate, own, and deliver a platform roadmap, from implementing new features, to refactoring existing architecture, to collaborating with others to bring prototypes into a complete state Effectively mentor and lead a team of software developers including their projects and performance. Contribute to and lead design, architecture, process, and development of platform. Distill and communicate technical concepts to the team and other stakeholders. Foster a constructive dialogue and argue for the right outcomes with data, conviction, and diplomacy. Collaborate and align with Technology Platform leads and developers to translate explicit and implicit business requirements into solutions built on Salesforce ecosystem. Lead Development of Salesforce solution using out-of-box features and custom development with Lightning framework, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript and other force.com programming languages Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions Lead Build and development of web services using REST, SOAP and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers. Manage user and data security requirements (including SFDC data encryption) to maintain high security standards. Involve in user access provisioning and permission control including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, field level security, and sharing rules. Ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard the PHI and PII data. Deliver project objectives and execute to the technology vision and roadmap. Contribute innovative solutions while utilizing best practices, design standards, and governance. Identify opportunities to optimize SFDC capabilities and reduce user pain points by performing business process/gap analysis, technical analysis & research, data analysis, competitor analysis. Nice to Have: In-depth knowledge of AWS,REST API. In-depth knowledge of multiple business areas. Technical Certification and active in technical community. Required Skills and Experiences: Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science and 7 years of experience in application development/integration or 11 years of experience in application development/integration lieu of a degree. Expert level ability to develop/design unique to highly complex systems. Expert level knowledge of applications system design and integration. Expert level knowledge of technical, business, and industry Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills. Exceptional human relations skills to effectively interact with leadership and management, peers, business partners and vendors. Highly skilled at systems, creative, critical and analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving. Expert level understanding of the standards and deliverables to ensure integrity of the development process. Expert knowledge of internal area applications. Highly skilled at hands-on communication, collaboration and leadership. Highly skilled at influencing and motivating individuals and teams.
