Salesforce Trainer

Primary Location – Louisville, KY

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking a Salesforce Trainer  for our premier client in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Education and Experience »

• Experience in program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
• Experience with Salesforce Custom Objects, Salesforce data models, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) queries, data integrations, API development, reports, dashboards, formulas, validation rules and workflows Experience managing the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC application
• Experience managing change controls across multiple sandbox and production environments Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel Connector, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, developing lightning components
• Experience working on an Agile team
• Experience working in a continuous development and deployment model

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Selenium experience is helpful and good communication is critical as they interface with all departments. This is a highly visible team.
• Strong experience with all aspects of Salesforce including Apex and Visualforce development, design, and configuration of Salesforce.com

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities »

• Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
• Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
• Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
• Onboard new salespeople
• Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• Monitor sales objectives and results
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
