We are looking for a Salesforce Training Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Salesforce learning journeys for internal users. The audience for Salesforce training spans learners from all departments. Training delivery includes all learning methods, such as virtual instructor-led training, instructor-led training, job aids, workshops, and the creation of eLearning in MyTrailhead. Ultimately, this role is responsible for ensuring the technology adoption and mastery of all Salesforce applications within the Bank.

A bachelor’s degree is required, while a master’s degree in instructional design or certification from ATD is highly weighted. 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training content for business software and/or technical software topics for instructor-led training and/or eLearning is required.

The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who assimilates new information quickly and can use their instructional design and communication abilities to quickly untangle complex concepts and build a learner’s skills. Their experiences in all aspects of instructional design are not limited to a particular medium, and include needs analysis and interviewing SMEs, creating learning objectives, planning, and outlining, creating original content, and building assessments. They can articulate what cognitive and instructional principles are behind their work and their approach to the training they create, as well as explain the specific advantages of using different types of media as part of the training.

The ideal candidate is equally skilled at delivering training in a broad range of mediums including virtual instructor-led training, instructor led training, e-Learning, job aids, train the trainer and workshops. They can effectively communicate orally and in written form so that the training they produce, and deliver is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences.
