The Salesforce
Vlocity Tech Lead will support the onshore Architect and work with the offshore
Tech Lead in designing and creating the client’s technical vision using
the Vlocity Industry Cloud application.
The Tech Lead is required to participate in the
full software development life cycle from technical design to development,
testing and deployment of the client
solution. He or she will use Vlocity methods such as OmniScript to
complement inherent Salesforce functionality such as Lightning Experience and
Apex to create unique customer-based solutions, and lead the estimation and
timeline process. He or she will provide guidance to junior developers, both on
and offshore.

Required Skill Set:
·
Seven + years professional services or
technical consulting experience

·
Five+ years Salesforce development
experience, with a minimum of two years Vlocity development experience

·
Strong development skills and the
ability to deliver customer driven solutions

·
Strong communication skills, both
written and verbal

·
Current
Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I Certification

·
Current Vlocity
Certified Platform Developer

·
Technical Skills should include Java,
SOAP APIs, Rest (JSON, XML)

·
Salesforce Experience should include
Lightning, Apex and Visualforce

·
College graduate

Desired Skill Set:
·
Data integration and/or migration
experience

·
Current Platform Developer II
Certification

·
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform
Load) tools such as Pervasive Software, Informatica, Ab Initio, MuleSoft, etc.…

·
Experience with both agile and
waterfall implementation methodologies
