Responsibilities

• Build solutions in Salesforce.com using Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, APEX, APIs, and Vlocity components like OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity Product Console and Integration Procedures
• Working in agile development methodologies with Vlocity Order Management implementation
• Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization
• Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues
• Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to support and enhance features in Vlocity Order Management applications in iterative release cycles
• Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring

Summary of Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce.com platform and Vlocity
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Vlocity Order Management
• Order Management scenarios, to support business requirements
• Vlocity Order Decomposition and Orchestration
• Build Orchestration Plans, Orchestration Item Definitions
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, Platform events and Streaming APIs
• Experience in OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Vlocity Product Console and Integration
• Procedures, DC (Digital Commerce) APIs, Cache Warmup and Product Catalogue Configuration
• In-depth understanding of Vlocity application architecture
• Experience on CPQ.
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration patterns as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
• Experience Verbal/written communication skills
