SALESFORCEADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for business processconsulting and delivering quality service and solutions to clients. You willmanage users, roles, profiles groups and queues. A successful SalesforceAdministrator manages the process to deploy updates and enhancements. Theyunderstand the client needs and implementing a solution that providessuccessful results and outcomes for the client.

* Manages security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules andother setup options
* Prepare data files and uploads the data into Salesforce using the data loaderand other 3rd party tools
* Provides technical support, training and backup for the Field Sales force aswell as the Customer Service and technical Support teams using Sales andService Cloud
* Manages a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new systemfunctionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalabletriggers, and workflows
* Defines, communicates, and manages a Change Management (release) process todevelop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com
* Shares best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiencyof customer support and contributes to the knowledge base
* Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor dataquality and integrity
* Provides the management team with activity dashboards as needed applicationsand the user interface using Salesforce.com programming languages
* Leads Salesforce user training

ROLES:
* Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and allupstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
* Strong experience managing managing a production environment includingDeployment, Data migration, configuration, access control, security aspects etc
* Strong experience working with business and end users, supporting large userbase in resolving production incidents.
* Salesforce.com Admin certifications preferred
* Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate useradoption
* Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom appsand objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content ofintermediate complexity
* Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
* Strong data management abilities
* A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

Preferable Technical Experience

Experience in Contact Center reporting development, (Einstein Analytics) ispreferable but not mandatory
