Role: Scrum Master

Job Description:

• Scrum Master should be hands on and not a facilitator
• Should have knowledge on what the team actually did and sat and resolved issues and was not a JIRA board admin
• Should be proactive and drive the program end to end
• Should have managed team and articulate how they set the backlog and derived the program from it
• Should be a communicator and not just a servant leader
• Should have a fair bit of knowledge on how to work with others in an agile world
• Should be able to understand end to end SDLC process

Essentially the resource should know what his team did and not be out of sync, which the new world scrum masters are mostly. Min 8 years experience and prior technical experience will help.
