Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Responsibilities

·      Keep all Parties on Track and Informed about the progress of the project

·      Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team

·      Coach/ teach team members on scrum principles and practices

·      Host scrum ceremonies

·      Assist the Product Owner to prioritize work on user stories

·      Remove Roadblocks/Impediments

Required Experience & Skills

•                    5+ years of working on a project as a scrum master

•                    Working knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks

•                    Influential – ability to motivate team members and product owners to achieve deliverables

•                    Collaborative – link between the product owner and development team

•                    Excellent written and verbal communication

•                    Good listening skills

•                    Ability to identify and remove impediments quickly

•                    SAP knowledge a plus
