Senior AEM Product Manager

Location: Louisville, KY

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Description

Seeking a Senior Product Manager – Adobe Experience Manager, who will deliver website, landing page, and form capability to a diverse set of teams and brands. The Senior Product Manager will lead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, engage a development team to prioritize and deliver the work through the Agile process, on time and with quality.

 

The Senior Product Manager must be able to understand the consumer experience that fulfills the brand promise, define the marketing platform capabilities necessary to deliver a personalized experience reliably and efficiently, and manage the development of those platforms for users across the enterprise. The right candidate will make data-driven decisions, be an effective communicator, have an eye for details and display an entrepreneurial work-ethic. Must be comfortable working with broad latitude to prioritize and manage one’s own project while still meeting deadlines.

 

This role will be focused on the product management of Adobe Experience Manager, Sites and Forms. The role will have strong partnership with counterparts in the Media and Analytics organizations to ensure modern and scaled usage of company investments in Adobe Sites and Forms.  The role will also work closely with the Adobe Experience Manager Assets Senior Product Manager and Digital Asset Managers from various Marketing teams.

The Senior Product Manager will be part of the Marketing Technology platform team focused on the long-term success of Company’s marketing and communication tools.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Product Development Lifecycle: Oversees and assesses product development lifecycle/process for the Marketing Technology platforms and identifies areas to drive enhancements and process improvements based on knowledge of the organization, industry and technology available in market.
  • Collaboration: Works with marketing strategists, digital media teams, marketing analytics, peers and other stakeholders to recommend solutions to address gaps with product enhancements. Works closely with cross-functional teams to establish shared vision for category product development. Collaborates with internal and external partners to direct the product development process and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Platform Subject Matter Expert: Is an expert at understanding how all of the parts of the Marketing and Communication Platform fit together and the key capability that they provide to the organization.
  • Market Knowledge: Ensures our marketing and communication channels are modern and up-to-date, capable of efficiently delivering excellent communications to all customer types, and ensuring that vendor partners are delivering as needed.
  • Strategic Direction: Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
  • Roadmap: Works with stakeholders to determine short and mid-term product development strategy for the Marketing Technology platforms and ensures alignment with overall member engagement vision and strategy. Ensures buy-in for the product development strategy both internally and with key internal business partners.
  • Project Delivery: Works with the internal IT Organization and agency partners to execute on roadmap through the implementation of vended solutions and delivery of Company build solution, with key focus on delivering value to the organization as quickly as possible.
  • Training:  Will provide end users training on site and form implementations specific to their team

  

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience implementing and/or managing daily operations for:
    • Adobe Experience Manager Sites
    • Adobe Experience Manager Forms
  • Experience implementing page redirects
  • Experience with workflow strategy or execution for page publishing
  • Experience with content mapping or migration planning for content that is moving from one site to another.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing; web, social, media, in planned and triggered contexts.
  • Experience in leading complex integrated solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of enabling repeatable processes, driving quality, collaborating within a matrixed marketing organization, and collaborating with business and IT in a responsive and productive manner.
  • Demonstrated experience being seen as a key partner and experience enabler through strong relationship building
  • Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, time management, written & oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scaled Agile project delivery experience
  • History of delivering digital experiences in Technical or Sales/Marketing roles
  • Familiarity with complex content creation and management platforms, and related business processes
  • Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or Product Management
  • Work experience in a health care and / or insurance setting
