The Senior Salesforce Developer’s primary responsibilities are to analyze, design, implement and test customized software applications. They should have essential knowledge of software development and design, be a quick learner and should have passion to refine him/herself by adopting new development skills. They should also be capable of leading other members of the team on best practices around application development. They should be flexible and willing to learn new programming skills and should be able to migrate existing solutions from one development stack to another based on organization roadmap.

JOB DUTIES:

• Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.

• Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems

• Design and Develop modern Enterprise Lightning Apps using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features.

• Upgrade current apps from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience to provide rich and user experience and easy workflow and interaction of pages.

• Design and Develop Lightning mobile application on Salesforce1 Platform using Lightning Components and work with cross functional third party API’s for huge sets of data by leveraging APEX Controllers.

• Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.

• Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.

• Use Force.com IDE for creating, modifying, testing, and deploying Force.com Applications.

• Use SOQL and SOSL statements within Governor Limits for data manipulation of the application database objects.

• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Min. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems Applications, Computer Science, or related, or foreign equivalent plus.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of experience in analysis, design, development and support of large scale enterprise applications.

• 1 year of experience performing code reviews and Trouble shoot software develop code issues.

• Platform Developer 1 Salesforce certification is preferred.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Around 2 years of hands on experience in designing and building solutions using Lightning Component Framework, Aura Framework, APEX, JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Design System.

• Above 3 years of experience in designing, developing and architecting complex Salesforce CRM solutions in Sales and Service.

• Above 3 years of experience in creating, designing and implementing complex solutions using Force.com APEX, Visualforce, JavaScript, Java and Configuration.

• Above 3 years of experience in driving Salesforce Architecture to ensure Salesforce custom solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and high performances.

• Above 3 years of experience in Minimizing Architectural complexity by governing complex Salesforce CRM solutions.

• Around 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST and Streaming API.

• Above 3 years of experience in Eclipse IDE with Force.com Plug-in environment for writing Business logic for Salesforce CRM and Lightning Components .

• Around 2 years of experience in Salesforce package Deployment from sandbox to sandbox/production using ANT migration tool, Eclipse and Change Set.

• Above 3 years of experience with rational data bases SOQL, SOSL preferred.

• Above 3 years of experience in creating and reviewing High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), Change Impact Document (CID) and Deployment Document for standard and custom components in Salesforce platform.

• Around 1 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying Mulesoft custom applications for integrating & synchronizing data from external systems using established Salesforce development standards and best practices.

• Around 2 years of experience Ability to work collaboratively in creative, agile environment and Manage Agile stories and assignments.
