KPMG is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst, Senior Associate, to join our Federal Technology Enablement practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Solution Architect to solicit and document business requirements through client-facing discussions
• Perform Salesforce basic configuration or Administrative tasks
• Configure Salesforce reports and dashboards, utilize document generation tools (Conga, Nintex, etc.)
• Demonstrate business requirements through sprint and release demos
• Design and develop client ready training and project related communications materials
• Participate in agile development approach to incrementally design, build and demonstrate Salesforce functionality

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year professional experience implementing client-facing business applications (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Appian, Service Now)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
• Familiarity with one or more Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
