Job Title: Senior IBX Facility Engineer IV

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: El Segundo, CA

Responsibilities:

> Perform site inspections and monitor the building and IBX alarms

> Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), or leads vendors

> Undertake repairs and corrective maintenance

> Operate critical infrastructure under the supervision of more senior technical staff

> Completion of site logs and data gathering issuing for basic permits, such as MOPs and scripts

> Respond to all on-site incidents and acts as required

> Completes routine work requests and circuit installations

> Provide assistance during critical maintenance activities

> Effectively collaborate within the department and provide input to peers for general maintenance activities

> Carry out basic infrastructure projects

> Makes lighting repairs,

> Fixes basic plumbing issues,

> Maintains exterior grounds, etc. or leads vendors

> Utilizes safe working practices (e.g. familiar with lockout/tagout, MSDS, etc.)

Skills:

> You perform all essential job functions, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting and manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation

> You are available to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays, if needed and/or required

> You can lift heavy equipment/items up to 50 pounds

> Basic experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
