The Marketing Planning and Enablement team helps equip every person across our global team to do the best work of their life. We own the core planning and communication rhythms across Marketing that support us operating in an integrated and efficient way. We help identify clear marketing priorities, facilitate annual planning, manage the marketing budget, and track goals. We also support high performance directly through marketing onboarding, training and skills development, in partnership with HR and people managers globally. Our motto is, “Small team. Big charter.”

As Senior Marketing Enablement Manager, you will be taking a lead role in designing and implementing marketing enablement programs including: training and development, internal communications and events, employee engagement and feedback, career development, and other strategic initiatives. This position requires problem solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking, superb project management skills, ability to influence stakeholders, a global perspective, competence to work with senior executives, and excellent communication skills.

You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Enablement Manager supports the Director of Marketing Planning and Enablement, and works closely with our Marketing Leadership Team including our EVP, Marketing.

What you'll be doing...

  • Support a large and growing Marketing team by helping design and implement various marketing training and enablement programs
  • Take a leading role in our employee onboarding and new manager onboarding programs.
  • Help drive many of our internal communication rhythms across marketing including official communications, newsletters, and regular all-hands meetings, and our annual marketing kick off.
  • Serve as liaison from Marketing to other learning and development functions across Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Foster adoption of Tableau enablement methodologies with employees, managers, and leadership
  • Help to develop and drive the adoption of formal career paths, in partnership with HR.
  • Partner with teammates to ensure understanding of our marketing strategy across the department
  • Help promote the best use of our internal marketing wiki
  • Articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles.
  • Evaluate and identify knowledge and performance gaps across the marketing department
  • Design and enable effective employee feedback mechanisms for the department and support internal innovation programs
Who you are...

  • Experienced. 5-7+ years of experience in
  • Educated. BS/BA or advanced degree in a related field. MBA preferred
  • Excellent Communication. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills along with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must.
  • Innovator: Curious and always looking for opportunities to provide proactive insights to the business along with suggested steps to improve. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of marketing.
  • Exceptional Organisational Ability: The ability to effectively organise, multi-task and prioritise a demanding workload in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Advanced time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
  • Results Driven . Experience managing program ROI, metrics evaluation and reporting on program deliverables.
  • Team Player . Strong team player with track record of cross functional collaboration. Possess deep command of ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organisation
