Project and Program Management
Manages the planning, organization and implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
  • Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
  • Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Qualifications
  • 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Financial Services.
  • 5 years in a Senior Program Manager role with full product lifecycle.
  • 5 years of experience working within Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/PMP Certification
  • Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio
  • Experience managing resource plans, budgets and estimates
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Drive and manage Nuveen Advisory Services Program by supporting business initiatives and delivering technology solutions
  • Provide line of sight and strategic vision to business and technology partners
  • Drive and deliver initiatives from ideation, planning to delivery and implementation
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle
  • Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and university stakeholders
Minimum Pay: $110,700.00
