Resideo is looking for a Senior Salesforce Admin to work closely with various leadership across the business and the Salesforce Admin team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements supporting various lines of business across an Enterprise landscape. The Salesforce Admin is responsible for managing Salesforce.com (SFDC) development including software solutioning, design, configuration, customization, implementation, and training of implemented development and assisting with 3rd party integrations. Role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to help build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements and processes for enhancement and continuous improvement.

The Salesforce Admin is responsible for managing Salesforce.com (SFDC) development including software solutioning, design, configuration, customization, implementation, and training of implemented development and assisting with 3rd party integrations. Role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to help build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements and processes for enhancement and continuous improvement.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for developing enhancements to the Salesforce platform, providing support for integrated applications as well as maintaining requirements
- An understanding of Governance Processes and best practices to maintain the integrity of data and the overall system
- Collaboration on a team of established Salesforce admins with a deep understanding of the business to drive projects and enhancements
- A proven functional/technical professional with multiple full lifecycle SFDC implementations and at least 3+ years of experience working with SFDC
- Direct experience with SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com)
- Strong SFDC knowledge and understanding of Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools)
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design patterns
- Proven experience in overseeing the technical direction, development, and implementation of SFDC software solutions
- UI design and development aligned with user requirements and user stories
- Build and Release Infrastructure understanding and implementation
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years technical Salesforce experience
- Strong experience using custom objects, approval processes, workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, record types, page layouts, etc.
- Strong understanding of Role hierarchies and permission sets
- Knowledge of creating roles, profiles, page layouts, workflow rules, and approval processes
- Knowledge in the design of custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, custom reports, workflows and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates and email generation
- Excellent analytical, research and follow up skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Experience with various existing and forthcoming integrations such as Partner/Community Portals, Marketo or similar marketing automation, iCertis or similar contract management, ERP Informatica integrations, CPQ
- Proficient in both Classis and Lightning Enabled instances
- Salesforce Admin Certified
