THE ROLE:

As a Business Applications Administrator on the Business Application Engineering team, you will help maintain the processes and tools that enable Code42 to achieve its objectives and better serve our internal users. You will make a difference throughout the company by making others more efficient and improving current capabilities. You will integrate and innovate and have a good time while doing so.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing Salesforce
• Working alongside and assisting other Salesforce administrators
• Maintaining user profiles and permission sets, role hierarchy, security settings, access settings, etc.
• Creating and managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, flows, page layouts, record pages, and approval processes
• Performing mass data updates including data loads
• Generating and maintaining dashboards and reports
• Researching changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce and other integrated applications; providing recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Leading / Assisting with user requirement sessions and documenting user requirements to address changing business needs

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Typically has a Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience
• Hands on experience with Salesforce implementations, day-to-day operations, maintenance, enhancement and customization of Salesforce
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience delivering solutions within a Change Management Process
• Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with other tools
• Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate internal business stakeholders
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, reliable, and takes initiative
• Strong team player with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

PREFERRED:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with additional business applications (e.g., Clari, Channeltivity, LeanData, ZoomInfo)
• Experience with Business Intelligence applications
