Primary Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you''ll be responsible for development lifecycles, release management and change management, configuring workflows, Lightning pages, process builders and flows
• Manage case queue to resolve internal customer requests
• Create, support and maintain data loading and bulk updates as needed for new processes
• Design requirements, configure and manage customized objects for diverse personas
• Own development and quality testing of enhancements
• Analyze and gather business requirements to build a user story
• As a part of the Agile team, partner with functional business owners, internal partners, to resolve and provide solutions for user issues
• Implement and maintain declarative development from writing and grooming of user stories to deployment
• Key participant and owner of development during sandbox testing and production releases.
• Play key role in all development design, while recommending best practices and providing expert Salesforce knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage profiles, sharing rules, sandboxes, user questions and triage any issues which impact users
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Active Advanced Salesforce Admin certification (Current)
• 3 or more years of direct experience in Salesforce Administration
• 3 or more years of experience in development lifecycles, release management and change management
• Experience configuring workflows, Lightning pages, process builders and flows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Platform App Builder Certification
• Experience owning development life cycle from user story writing to implementation
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience working at UHC or Optum
• Knowledge of system integrations using MuleSoft
• Knowledge of Salesforce softphone
• Comfortable in a matrix environment
• Proven ability to design potential solutions and provide feedback independently and results to various leaders
• Ability to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
