Senior Salesforce Administrator
Love working with Salesforce? We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing CRM Team here at CTS Group.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting our 100+ user organisation, scaling and improving our CRM system, leveraging your experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design standard and creative solutions.
You will work closely with our Digital Marketing teams to optimise the marketing automation integration. By nature, you're a problem solver and excited to learn about business processes. What you’ll do:
- Provide strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions
- Participate in the testing and deployment of day-to-day and project-based configuration changes
- Use your Digital Marketing expertise to bridge the gap between our marketing automation tool (Hubspot) and Salesforce, working closely with our marketing teams to action their requirements and ensure the integration runs successfully
- Work with internal customers to understand their needs, identify the problem and direct them to the proper solution or provide instructions for self-help
- Assist in the management of day-to-day user support that requires careful scrutiny and emotional intelligence
- Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes and implement proactive resolution design or solution
- Develop a deep knowledge of the business, processes and technologies to proactively seek out inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to recommend action
- Support and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Design and deliver training programmes for new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation
- Mentor Junior members of the team and assist the CRM Manager in supporting their ongoing development
- Work with business colleagues to gain user acceptance and engagement
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years Salesforce.com administration experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- A strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Marketing integrations
- Experience designing and configuring in a collaborative and agile environment
- Experience with 3rd party tools such as Hubspot and Conga
- Be detail-oriented, organised, self-motivated, hard working and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience managing CRM improvement projects
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Most importantly, a sense of humour!
Skills you may need:
- Experience using Hubspot for Sales Cloud and Marketing integrations
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
