Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Role
A senior Salesforce administrator is needed for a new deployment of Salesforce for Computacenter. The successful candidate will join the start of the company Salesforce journey and can have the opportunity to shape the direction of the platform. The administrator will work closely with multiple Computacenter teams and external vendors, to deliver value to Computacenter.
Duties of the role:
The administrator will join an established team with a mixed skill set and enjoy good collaboration with teams across multiple countries around broad time zones.
The role will be a mixture of support and release management, and can grow with the right individual.
Qualifications Experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in supporting a Salesforce platform for a medium to large enterprise
- Salesforce certificate in Advanced Admin - Salesforce Administrator Cert (ADM201), either Advanced Administrator (ADM301) or Platform App Builder (CRT402).
- Experience working in a multi-Tier support structure and managing tickets within SLA
- Experience effectively managing users in day to day incidents
- Experience in communicating to stakeholders in high priority incidents
- Experience coordinating and executing code releases to salesforce environments
- Experience supporting release tooling for Salesforce
Ideal Candidate
- Salesforce certified
- Good Communication skills
