THE ROLE.

We require an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide expert support to users based globally across many business units including Operations, Sales, Finance and Marketing.

The role will be responsible for the timely resolution of BAU issues and requests, whilst also working alongside stakeholders on various projects. Project responsibilities will include gathering requirements, developing solutions, integrating systems, advocating best practice within Salesforce and using and proposing technical solutions to business problems using the SFDC platform.

Salesforce has been a key business application at Foundry for over 10 years, and has been heavily customised and integrated, and you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with other engineers and the Web Team.

You will be confident implementing technical and process change through configuration and customisation within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be expected to own projects and manage them to a successful conclusion.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Develop and maintain our Salesforce platform adhering to best practice and methodology
• Identify enhancements and improvements to Salesforce functionality
• Manage workload to a high standard, ensuring delivery to timescales and quality
• Take responsibility for the technical engagement with 3rd parties to determine the delivery approach
• Work closely with the functional leads and stakeholders to analyse and translate the business requirement into technical integration requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve system defects

THE REQUIREMENTS.

• Salesforce administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience of completing administration requests/configuration - workflows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, reports and dashboards
• Experience with Salesforce lightning
• Knowledge of SOQL
• Experience with updating large data volumes
• Experience with lightning flow
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Desirable:

• Be a certified Salesforce Administrator or Developer - Minimum ADM201
• Comfortable with Salesforce Apex
• Knowledge of REST API’s
• Previous experience of Salesforce Communities
• Knowledge of Visualforce
• Hubspot/ Pardot marketing integration
• Previous experience with Zuora
• Previous experience with other integrations such as Visual Compliance, Docusign, Cirrus Insights, Zendesk, Avalara, etc
• Knowledge of e-commerce/ERP platforms and their integration to Salesforce
• Mulesoft and/or Codeless Platform BPA Experience
• Salesforce Connect
• Experience working in an Agile environment
