The Senior SalesForce Administrator works closely with a multi-functional team of stakeholders to ensure that IDBS SalesForce system is embraced and aligned to our business goals and usage.

As a Senior SalesForce Administrator, you will:

• Lead multi-functional SalesForce stakeholders, ensuring that the team have continuous improvement goals, and implementing action plans as required.
• Collaborate with the IT department to lead ongoing support activities.
• Lead SalesForce implementation and upgrade projects, and evaluate, implement and integrate 3rd party systems in collaboration with others.
• Provide training to our user community for new processes that are rolled out.
• Conduct reviews of SalesForce data quality, implementing rules and automation to improve data quality, and dashboards and reports to facilitate management and operational decision making.

• ADM201 Certified.
• Good experience and understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, proficient knowledge and understanding of Service Cloud, CPQ and Pardot.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including: Process Builders, workflow rules, assignment rules, page layouts, record types, custom settings, multilanguage support, dashboards and reports, sharing rules, profiles and roles.
• A passion for utilizing systems to enhance business decisions and leverage data insight.
