We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will work with our Development team by leading the ongoing design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce platform. Administration of the platform includes creating robust solutions that meet the use cases defined by stakeholders and the product manager. This includes building efficient workflows and automation for end users. This role will also coach and mentor fellow administrators.

Experience consistent with five+ years of Salesforce Administration is required to perform this role. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. A strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model is needed. Including in depth knowledge of Salesforce standard capabilities and integration with external systems. Must be able to work autonomously, stay on timelines, and participate in frequent team meetings. A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to ask for an accept help when needed, as well as graciously provide help when asked is required. This position may be done remotely within the Eastern Time zone. Office space is available in Lebanon NH, or White River Junction VT.
